Excellent.
The chair arrived on time in a sturdy box. The assembly was easy, straightforward and did not take a long time, the instructions were very clear and also included pictures of the assembly process.
The chair is robust and both the leather and the mesh fabrics are of good quality, especially when compared to the price paid. The material is also easy to clean with a wet cloth.

Assembly was very easy to be honest and took about 15-20 mins, the only part that was awkward was the arms, but I worked out fitting the lower part to the chair before the upper meant it was a lot easier to align and complete the build.

The wheels are pretty horrible, they glide too easily so you can end up pushing yourself away from the desk which becomes annoying. Easily solved by replacing with my old chair's casters.
The lumbar support is really firm and pushes you off the chair. With it on I can push myself right back and my upper back doesn't touch the chair.
